How long does delivery take?
United Kingdom
Free next day delivery is included with all UK orders. Orders placed before 11am from Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day and arrive on the next.
Orders placed after 11am or on the weekend will dispatched on the next working day.
Europe
We charge a flat fee of £25 for all deliveries to Europe. Please note this does not cover any import duties or taxes.
We use an Express service which takes 3-5 days to arrive.
USA & Beyond
We charge a flat fee of £30 for all deliveries to the USA and the rest of the World. Please note this does not cover any import duties or taxes.
We use an Express service which takes 5-10 days to arrive.
Which courier service do you use?
We use either DPD or Royal Mail depending on service levels in your area.
We use tracked services only and tracking will be provided over email when your order is dispatched.
Can I return an item?
We offer free 30 day returns on all orders. To return your item simply email hello@publichousegroup.shop.
Can I collect from a pub?
All our shop orders are processed centrally so it is not possible to collect your order from our pubs.
